Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok

The room was really clean and comfortable. A lot of thought was put into the design of the room, the power sockets did not need adaptors and the toilets were automated.

It is located in the quiet street, next to many cafees, malls and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you appreciate japanese minimalistic high-quality design and a peaceful environment. Very comfortable beds. Japanese toilet was a great bonus. Great restaurant. It's a place to have a peaceful and quiet time in the chaotic city. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here at the start of our trip to Thailand and since we loved the Sotetsu Grand Fresa so much we changed our plans & returned to celebrate our anniversary. The location is excellent as it is in the Sukhumvit area close to the BTS and MRT but it's on a side street so there is no noise from the main road. This is one of its greatest assets and is non-negligable. The hotel has a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, the rooms are comfortable and decent in size. There are Japanese toilets in every room. The rooftop swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were so sweet to decorate our bed and write a card for our anniversary. There's also luggage storage available.

Everything you would expect of a Japanese property. Functional and well appointed rooms. Evident that much thought had been given in designing the rooms. Love the separate showers and WC, generous supply of daily drinking water, purifier in room, powerful AC, luggage storage + lockers AND above all the staff. Excellent stay !

The hotel is new and very clean. The design is sleek and very ergonomic. Shower area and toilet are separated. Japanese style toilet with heated seats! The room is also quiet. They gave us enough water. There's also pajamas provided. The charging points are well placed and there are enough charging points. The controls for light is right by the bed so turning off the light at night is easy and convenient.
